Routines Matter

I have become so passionate about routines and rituals!! They have really changed my life!

The beautiful things about routines is that over time they become almost effortless!
Here are a few routines that used to be difficult and take much effort, but now are just a part of my daily living!

Drinking water: 3-4 litres a day
Exercise: 5 days a week, even on holidays. It used to be a chore, and now it’s something that makes me happy!
Journaling: Every morning 7 days a week, I write down the things that I am grateful for. It is the first thing I do in the morning and really sets the mood for my day ahead.

New Routine: Practise my spanish during breakfast and lunch while I eat. My family is from Uruguay so I speak a little, it’s been my goal for years to speak spanish with fluency! I am determined to keep this routine/habit up. I will let you know how it went this time next year ;)

Routine Goal: check out the picture below to see what I would LOVE my nighttime routine to look like every day! OOOOOH the stretching part would be life changing! If I can add stretching to my nightly routine for 90 days, it will then become effortless.
