Here are seven things that you can do to feel refreshed, renewed and balanced!

Walk outside: Sometimes it takes a little fresh air to feel renewed and clear your mind. If you are frustrated, overwhelmed, or stressed, take a moment outside, close your eyes and breath in the sweet fresh air!

Journal of gratefulness: Start every morning with a list of things that you love! Its the best way to start your day in moments of contentedness.

Nourish your body: This is KEY! Nutrient dense foods can do absolute wonders for your body! Feeling tired, not motivated, losing focus? Take a good look at what food you are fueling your body with and you may find a lot of answers here.

Care for nature: Plants, pets, people ;) taking care of living things can fuel the soul!

Move your body: It doesn’t matter how you do it, whether you chose to lift weights (my fave), complete a slow yoga movement, climb a mountain (another fave), surf, skate, or go for a walk. Daily movement is another great thing that can feed the soul :)

Eat food you love: Please don’t cut out every food that brings you joy! Eat all the things, just remember to do it in moderation!

Hydrate: drink water, drink water, drink water! Clears the skin, nourishes the body, keeps your body hydrated
